This week I read that many of Walgreen’s customers are going to have to look for a new pharmacist to refill their medications. Last year, Walgreens and Express Script tried to negotiate a new contract and were unsuccessful. The contract expired on December 31, 2011 which has left many of Walgreen’s regular customers scrambling to find a new place to fill their prescriptions. If you refill your prescriptions with Walgreens, you can call your pharmacist to see if your prescriptions have been affected.
