I have been thinking of different ways I could lose weight. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds but exercise seems like something I don’t have time for. I am kind of thinking of finding a good exercise DVD or something. I remember trying different ones years ago but none of them kept my attention. I found a bunch of exercise and nutrition stuff at BigNutrition.com. Not only do they have stuff to lose weight, they have the body building supplements like SUPERCHARGE XTREME for those of you trying to get big and buff!
