The Paypal Donation Widget

I am sure that many of you have seen the Paypal donation button on websites and blogs. I generally see it more on blogs then I do a website. I have never added this feature to my website but came across something interesting today for those of you with blogs. If you have a blog and want to add this Paypal donation option, there is a easy and free widget that allows you to create this option for your website in probably less than a minute. You just put in the size and your Paypal email address and submit.

** Update ** After posting this, I went in and typed in my paypal email address and got the widget code and placed it on this blog. Very easy to do. If you look in the right side menu, you will see the widget at the bottom.

Free Photo Animation Software For Bloggers

Do you blog? If you are a blogger like me, you can receive a FREE copy of PQ Talking Photo. To get a free copy, you must blog about it before Christmas. I think this software looks pretty cool. You can take any photo, drawing, sketch and animate it. Once I get my copy, I plan to have some fun with it and post some of the pictures on one of my websites.

Need Help With Youtube & WordPress

Every time I have ever tried to embed a YouTube video on one of my WordPress blogs, it throws my whole blog template off. I even posted on a forum for an answer why this was doing this and I got no real answer. Today I was creating a post and again the YouTube video made my blog look all messed up. I did a search on Google for a solution and got a YouTube video with the answer. Below you will find your answer on how to properly embed a YouTube video on your WordPress blog. It worked for me!

Affiliate Marketing 101

Affiliate marketing programs are a great way to add additional income streams to your website. The more visitors to your website, the better chance of generating sales from your affiliate links that will earn you a commission. If you are not sure what an affiliate program is, it is a program that is created by a company/website to allow you to generate income. You will usually signup via an online application and when approved, you are given special links to place on your website. When a visitor clicks on that link and makes a sale, you will earn a commission. There are also affiliate programs that will pay you per click or per lead. You will have to read the affiliate terms for each affiliate program to learn how you will be applied. Most affiliate programs will offer a cookie too! What this means is if the customer doesn't make a purchase the day they click from your site but say makes a sale a week later, you will still get credit. Each affiliate program's cookie terms will vary. Normally, the cookies will be 30-90 days.

Looking For Extra FREE Traffic For Your Blog

Since I have many blogs, I am always looking for ways to increase my visitors. I love finding the free ways that work in brining in the targeted traffic too! Last night I was reading the blog Internet Marketing For Mommies and read the post titled "How To Get More Traffic To Your Blog – Video Case Study". I was interested, so I clicked the link and watched the video study by Yaro Starak, the man behind the Blog Mastermind Program. The video was just a little over 18 minutes and gave me some good ideas on how to change my blog and a couple ways I can easily drive FREE targeted traffic.
